Lauren Lee
Clinical Naturopath (BHSc Naturopathy), Yoga & Barre Teacher
Lauren is a former expatriate tax accountant who pivoted into the health and wellness industry during her mid-20’s.
She works with individuals across the lifespan from children and adolescents to adults and seniors and has worked with companies including: Belgravia Health and Leisure Group, The University of New South Wales, South Sydney Rabbitohs, Endeavour College of Natural Health, and Scape Living Student Accommodation.
As a naturopath, her focus is upon providing evidence-based and individualised support for women and men with hormone imbalances.

Lauren comes from a classically trained dance background of 14 years and was a member of the Australian Ballet during her adolescent years. She discovered yoga in early 2014 and has since been passionate about creating an inclusive and empowering space for others to better connect with, appreciate, and heal their bodies, minds, and spirits. As a yoga and barre teacher, her teaching philosophy is focused upon anatomically sustainable movement, feeling based alignment, and student-centred learning.
