Barre

A fun, challenging (medium-high intensity), and low-impact (less pressure on your joints) total body workout.

Combining the best of pilates, yoga, HIIT, and strength training with floor-based exercises, and the incorporation of props (blocks, resistance bands, light weights, pilates balls, body weight) to explore the development of deep stabilising muscles in all areas of the body.

We move to music, and this changes each class. Whether you love RnB, rock, reggae, disney, electronic, or latin pop, the music will have you moving and groovin’ for the whole 45 minutes!

You’ll get shaky, a bit sweaty, and really strong! No experience? No problem! Modifications and options available so everyone and everybody can have a sustainable and feel-good workout.

Made accessible for all ability levels with modifications and variations provided for all body types and ages. All classes accompanied with curated playlists to optimise mindfulness, focus, and relaxation.

Two programs to choose from:

  1. One-time class: before work, lunchtime express, or special events (e.g. International Women’s Day, R U OK? Day)

  2. Strong & Fit Program: a 4 or 8-week program designed to improve strength, cardio output, mobility, flexibility, and body awareness.

Mats and props are not provided. Maximum 30 pax.

An individualised program designed according to your intentions and aspirations.

Prior to working together, you will be required to complete a ‘Getting To Know You’ Form’. This helps me understand:

  • Your ‘why’ so I can best guide you to achieve your goals

  • Injuries and personal medical history

  • Current exercise regime to compliment the areas needing support

Common requests for privates include:

  • Detailed breakdown of the modifications and variations covered in class to ensure proper form

  • Body specific feedback (e.g. hypermobility, injury rehabilitation, tightness)

  • Specific cross-training support (e.g. yoga, dance, running)

Written programs available following completion of the class.

Privates available 1:1 and 1:2 in-person and online. Same rates apply.
