Styles available:

  • Vinyasa Yoga - a dynamic and free-sequenced class focusing on a particular part of the body or theme of the month, and a progressive exploration of peak poses.

  • Hatha yoga - a slower and free-sequenced class focusing on foundational postures, longer holds, and refining alignment.

  • Acroyoga - bringing yoga from earth to air. Learn how to safely and mindfully embody the physical postures individually before trying it with a partner in bite-sized sequences.

  • Kids & Family Yoga - suitable for children aged 3-12 years, and parents or caretakers. Learn how to cultivate breath awareness to regulate emotions, warm up the body with singing and dancing, draw inspiration from nature for practice, and fun group activities to finish.

Corporate classes

Created and tailored for the needs and requests of your staff. This may include:

  • Alleviate mental, emotional, and physical stress

  • Improve productivity and efficiency

  • Encourage team cohesion and bonding

  • Increase energy and morale

  • Alleviate muscular tension and stiffness (e.g. lower back, hips)

  • Learn and implement mindfulness

Made accessible for all ability levels with modifications and variations provided for all body types and ages. All classes accompanied with curated playlists to optimise mindfulness, focus, and relaxation.

Three programs to choose from:

  1. One-time class: before work, lunchtime express, or special events (e.g. International Women’s Day, R U OK? Day)

  2. Rest-And-Digest Program: a 4-week program designed to improve digestion, aid metabolism, and encourage greater clarity of thought.

  3. Well-being Program: an 8-week program designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and strength of key problem areas (e.g. hips, lower back, hamstrings, shoulders) as well as introduction to various breathing techniques.

Mats and props (blocks and straps) are not provided. Maximum 30 pax.

Privates

An individualised program designed according to your intentions and aspirations.

Prior to working together, you will be required to complete a ‘Getting To Know You’ Form. This helps me understand:

  • Your ‘why’ so I can best guide you to achieve your goals

  • Injuries and personal medical history

  • Current exercise regime to compliment the areas needing support

Common requests for privates include:

  • Introduction to the Foundations of yoga asana before joining group classes

  • Body specific feedback (e.g. hypermobility, injury rehabilitation, tightness)

  • Furthering your physical practice (e.g. arm balances, inversions)

  • Bonding experience for couples and partners

Written programs available following completion of the class.

Privates available 1:1 and 1:2 in-person and online. Same rates apply.
