Naturopathy
Prepayment
Full prepayment is required for Initial Consultations upon booking. This allows rescheduling of clients on the waiting list.
Re-scheduling and cancellation
A minimum period of 24 hours is required to cancel and change your appointment, otherwise you will be charged the value of the consultation fee.
Family policy
The health and well-being of your family is equally as important as your own! Family care, $50 off Initial Consultations, is provided to ALL family members (immediate family and relatives) within the first two weeks of your Initial Consultation. Available at Potts Point & Telehealth only.
Medicare Rebate and Private Health Funds for Consultations
As of 1 April 2019, naturopathy is not eligible for a Medicare or Health Insurance rebate. To be notified if changed.
Medicare Rebate for Pathology and Functional Testing
A rebate is available if pathology tests are referred by your General Practitioner.
A rebate is not available for functional testing. Price varies per test.
Before your Initial Consultation
Please complete an Intake Form (inclusive of Contact Details, General Health History, Past and Current Conditions, and Consent), and forward a copy of your current and past pathology results.
Being on time
Please aim to log into HealthBank or arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. This allows sufficient time for you to find parking and settle in before we start. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, please call reception or me directly via mobile so I can ensure you receive optimal treatment whilst staying on time.

Yoga and Barre
What to bring to an in-person class
Mats - provided at all locations. Disinfected with spray-and-wipe after class. If preferred, you are welcome to bring your own mat.
Water bottle - filtered water provided at all locations. Please bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated throughout class.
Clothing - wear light, fitted, comfortable clothes.
Arrive - please arrive 10 minutes before class to provide sufficient time to find parking and settle in. Classes start on time. To respect other students and reduce the risk of injury due to missing a warm up, late comers are not permitted.
Which class is suitable for newbies and beginners?
Classes are taught to cater for all ability levels from newbies to regular practitioners with options to modify and progress postures and movements. Should you have any specific concerns , discuss this with me before or after class.

A 3-day free pass, non-consecutive days, is available at Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre, Gunyama, and Victoria Park Pool. Sign-up here.

Minimum age to attend in-person classes
16 years old. If 12-15 years, a parent or guardian is required to attend.
Pregnancy
Please consult with your General Practitioner to determine if yoga and/or barre is suitable for you based on your prior and current exercise regime and health conditions. Modifications and variations to be provided prior to class.
